My mum was born in Chengdu, a traditional city in the Sichuan region of mainland China, and number three in popularity to inhabit. The city has become synonymous not only in China but worldwide for it’s fine fresh cuisine.

As a child she developed a passion and love for cooking, creating and perfecting great tasting dishes. Concentrating on serving tasty healthy noodle combinations slowly gaining a reputation for selling one of the best noodle dishes in London.

The taste and style is traditional to Chengdu, a city well known for it’s spices and adorable pandas.
